DREW DEMARTINIS
Drew DeMartinis has worked as an accounting and finance professional in-house and as a consultant for 30+ brands at all stages (Pre-Seed through Profitability) in the CPG and manufacturing industries. His expertise is rooted in data processing and operations, ensuring that the business as a whole is considered when creating new processes or policies. His foundation is rooted in start-ups - while these environments can foster explosive growth, middle managers and above can often feel isolated dealing with new problems that no one in the organization has come up against.
Drew created Reset Financial Operations to bridge the gap that often exists between accounting and the rest of the organization supporting those on the ground constantly “figuring it out” in an effort to reduce the burnout that subsequently occurs.
